RENTAL POLICIES
Tax: All stays less than 29 days are subject to 11.5% city tax. Check-in: 3:00 p. m. Check-out: 11:00 a. m. Method of Payment: Only methods of payment accepted are via VISA or MASTERCARD. Deposit: A deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of booking. Full Payment: Balance of entire stay including cleaning fee is due 21 days prior to arrival. Damage Fee: All tenants are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guest (s). Damages to the premises or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file. Please be sure to make a full inspection of the apartment unit upon arrival and report any damages or missing items to management immediately. An inventory report of items expected to be in the apartment is located on top of the microwave for your convenience. Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $85.00 for 2 bedrooms and $65.00 for one bedroom is required with all bookings. Cancellations: A fee of $75.00 will be charged for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival. Paid Deposit will be charged for cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to arrival. Only the $85.00 Cleaning Fee will be refunded for reservations cancelled within 21 days of arrival. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any part inside the unit. Smoking is permitted in private patios and at the pool/spa area.
