Our apartments are located in the very popular Warm Sands Area of Palm Springs California. Downtown and most major local attractions are located within just a short distance from us. Less than one mile away is Palm Canyon Drive (Hwy 111) which is the main street that travels through the Coachella Valley.
From 10 Freeway traveling East: Exit Hwy 111 towards Palm Springs. Go through downtown to Ramon Rd. and turn left, travel approximately .5 mile to Warm Sands Dr. and turn right (at the large red sculpture). Follow Warm Sands Dr. as it loops to the left and then to the right, the first street you come to that you can turn right on is Camino Parocela, turn right, we are the third building on the left at 975 E. Camino Parocela. It is a dark chocolate color building with copper trim. See unit number one for the manager.
From 10 Freeway traveling West: Exit Ramon Rd. and turn left, travel south/west approximately 7.5 miles to Warm Sands Dr. (just past Avenida Caballeros) and turn left (at the large red sculpture). Follow Warm Sands Dr. as it loops to the left and then to the right, the first street you come to that you can turn right on is Camino Parocela, turn right, we are the third building on the left at 975 E. Camino Parocela. It is a dark chocolate color building with copper trim. See unit number one for the manager.
